Frequently asked questions
Do you accept cashless?
Yes, for many insurers and TPAs, including cataract surgery, intravitreal injections, and pterygium surgery with conjunctival autograft. Confirm on WhatsApp before your visit.
Are you on GIPSA PPN?
Yes, we are actively empanelled on the GIPSA PPN network.
Is my policy or TPA accepted here?
We are empanelled with many major TPAs and insurers, but cover varies by policy. Send us your insurer or TPA name on WhatsApp before you visit and we will confirm honestly for your specific policy.
What is the difference between cashless and reimbursement?
Cashless means the hospital settles approved charges directly with your insurer or TPA, so you pay only what your policy does not cover. Reimbursement means you pay first and claim it back from your insurer later. We will tell you which one applies to your policy before the day.
Is cataract surgery cashless at your hospital?
Cataract surgery is typically cashless with the TPAs and insurers we are empanelled with, subject to your policy terms and any waiting period. Share your policy details on WhatsApp and we will confirm for you.
Is LASIK or refractive surgery covered by insurance?
Most policies treat refractive surgery, including LASIK, SMILE and PRK, as elective and exclude it, so it is usually not covered. We will tell you honestly when you ask.
What does cataract surgery cost if my policy doesn't cover it?
The cost depends on the lens chosen and your individual case, which the surgeon works out with you. The honest way to understand it is a consultation, once your eyes have been examined. You're warmly welcome to visit us in Himayat Nagar; you can book a time on WhatsApp or by phone.
What if my insurer isn't listed?
Message us with your details. We'll tell you what's possible before you travel.
Can I pay out of pocket?
Yes. We accept cash, card, UPI, and internet banking.
