We won't sell you LASIK. We'll measure your eyes carefully and tell you the truth: whether laser vision correction suits you, which method fits, or whether you'd be better off not having it at all.

Who it suits — and who it doesn't

Good candidates often have a stable prescription and a healthy, thick-enough cornea. Some eyes — thin corneas, certain shapes, early keratoconus, significant dry eye — aren't suitable. A responsible surgeon says so. We'd rather lose a procedure than risk your eyes.

The suitability assessment

We measure corneal thickness and topography with the CSO Sirius topo-tomographer, plus dry eye status and prescription stability — before recommending anything. If you're suitable, we explain LASIK, Femto-LASIK, SMILE, or Trans-PRK plainly. If you're not, we tell you why and what else can help — including corneal cross-linking for keratoconus.

Where your care happens

Your suitability assessment, measurements, counselling, and follow-up happen here at PSR, Himayat Nagar, with Dr. Siva Mohan Reddy. The laser procedure itself is performed by the same surgeon at a fully equipped dedicated laser facility. We'll explain the details when we confirm you're suitable.

When we say no

Saying "not now" or "no" is part of good care. We document alternatives: glasses, contact lenses, or other treatments.

Who shouldn't get LASIK?
